Our High School Math Tutoring typically begins with an in-person consultation; this allows us to familiarize ourselves with you, your strengths and weaknesses, your learning habits, and your short- and long-term goals.

Students looking to improve their understanding of specific mathematical subjects (for example, calculus) take an introductory diagnostic assessment. The results of this test help our tutors to grasp students’ specific strengths and weaknesses, and to customize a curriculum to his/her personal style and needs.

If you’re looking for regular help in your math courses, we may also start by taking an in-depth look at your tests, quizzes, and assignments, in order to bolster conceptual knowledge or comprehension that has eluded you in the past. Throughout your instruction, we focus on practicing potential exam problems and aim to improve your school grades immediately.

Working with your class assignments and exam schedule, our tutors ensure you understand every new lesson and are prepared for each quiz and test.
